COOL STUFF BY ANN GEDDES

I personally have nothing to say, so I will keep it under a thousand words. OK maybe it's just that I have nothing important to say. Few people have anything important to say, Khalil Gibran said a lot of cool things so I put a link to some of them on my page, I guess he died before he got his homepage finished. This is my favorite quote by C.S. Lewis (I had to throw it in).

The safest road to hell is the gradual one-the gentle slope, soft underfoot, without sudden turnings, without milestones, without signposts.

From "The Screwtape Letters".

Have you read "A Modest Proposal" it was written by Jonathan Swift in 1729 to protest conditions in British controlled Ireland. I love this style of argument. To carry an argument to such an extreme is a wonderful way to expose fallacies.

"Letters From A Birmingham Jail" was written by M.L. King as a call to action aimed at his fellow clergymen. It shows the modern relevence of Christian thought. (links>http://www.netgaincc.com/sddemocrats/ltrbirm.html)

Here is a really bad Suburu poem (yes, I wrote it myself).

Oh Subaru, Oh Subaru, how I love to ride nude in you.

Yes the grooves in your seat, make my butt look so neat.

Pressed against the window, damn car is just too slow.

Cop hit me with a stick, cause his car was real quick.

Oh Subaru, Oh Subaru, I will not again ride nude in you

I also write poems to my wife.
You make me biscuits,

You bake me cake

all my money you soon take.

(can you hear her laughing?)
