If you don't know the answer to this question you are not alone, Many families have come forward to express their concern over the way the deaths of their loved ones are investigated,based on specific oversights, omissions and errors made in the investigative reports. Also based on having been denied investigative reports, crime scene and autopsy photographs by the investigative authority.
