Gary McDonald

Gary McDonald is the Leonard Junior High principal, and has been for six years. He enjoys his job very much. The five things that Mr.McDonald believes are vital in a leader are respect, concern, listening to what others have to say, cooperation, and getting along with people. His occupations can involve everything from changing a light bulb to going to meetings, to overseeing teachers. His advice for people who want to be a leader is this; be yourself and be a good role model.
